About the role

Moniepoint is seeking an executive-level Head of Engineering to lead and scale its Rewards platform across consumer, business, and agent networks. You will act as the technical domain owner responsible for expanding the engineering team from nine to over 25 engineers. Critical requirements include proven expertise in building scaled direct-to-consumer products, deep mobile and front-end architectural skills, and a strong background in experimentation and A/B testing.
