About this course

Understand how a real web app works front-to-back — the browser, a server with an API, a database, login, and deployment — and how they connect (client → API → database → response). You'll build and ship one small but complete full-stack app live on the internet, push the code to GitHub, and finish with a clear roadmap and portfolio to land remote developer work from Nigeria, paid in USD.

When you open your bank app, you see the 'frontend' — the buttons and balances. Behind it, a 'backend' program does the real thinking. 'Full-stack' just means you can build BOTH ends — and that is one of the best-paid remote skills a Nigerian can learn.

Your project

Build and Deploy One Small Full-Stack App

Two links submitted together: (1) the LIVE URL of your deployed full-stack app that anyone can open in a browser, and (2) the public GitHub repository URL containing the code, a .gitignore (no node_modules/.env), and a README that explains the app, the stack, the client → API → database flow, and links to the live demo. The app must have a working frontend, at least a GET and POST API, and data that persists in a real database.
