What you will submit
One shared Google Doc link with the character images, product shot, three ads, the Reel, the prompt-and-credit log, the consent-and-claims sheet and the quote.
What to do, step by step
- Choose a real small business (with the owner's permission) or invent one. Write a one-paragraph brief: the product, the price, who it is for and the one message the ad must land.
- Part 1. Character: create a made-up character who resembles no real person. Show 12 images of the same character in at least three settings, and say which method you used to keep the face consistent (reference image, Element or Soul ID).
- Part 2. Product shot: one hero image of the product in which every word on the label reads correctly. Say which model and how many references you used.
- Part 3. Three static ads in different formats (for example lifestyle, product hero and offer). Review the copy of each and fix any claim you cannot prove.
- Part 4. A vertical Reel of 20 to 30 seconds made of at least three shots, with burned-in captions, an on-screen 'AI-generated' label and an end card with the brand and where to buy. Check continuity between shots.
- Part 5. A prompt-and-credit log: every generation you kept or rejected, its model, settings and credit cost, and the total.
- Part 6. A consent-and-claims sheet: whose face and voice appear and on what basis, which labels you will switch on, how the paid post would be vetted with ARCON, and how you checked each claim.
- Part 7. A one-page quote in naira to the client, showing credits, hours, revisions and usage rights.
- If you have no paid plan, or you are under 18 and cannot hold an account, you may use free tiers, watermarked drafts or other free tools. Say which in Part 5.
- Put everything in one Google Doc (with links to the images and video), set sharing to 'anyone with the link can view', and submit the link.

| The ads and Reel land one clear message for the stated audience in the right formats | 20% |
| Compliance and honesty: AI labels, consent basis, ARCON vetting plan and provable claims | 20% |

You need 65% overall to pass. A failed submission comes back with feedback and can be revised and resubmitted.
Before you submit: make your link public
If your work lives in Google Drive or Google Docs, open Share → General access and change “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link” (Viewer). Then paste the link into a private browser window: if it opens without sign-in, you are ready. A private link cannot be graded — it is the single most common reason a good project fails.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to finish Higgsfield AI: Realistic Characters, Viral Reels and Video Ads for Brands before submitting the project?
Yes. The submission screen opens once every lesson in Higgsfield AI: Realistic Characters, Viral Reels and Video Ads for Brands is marked complete. The lessons are where the methods, the Nigerian context and the worked examples the project depends on are taught.
How is the project graded?
An examiner scores each rubric criterion from 0 to 100 and weights them as shown on this page; you need 65% overall to pass. Most submissions are graded within minutes and you get written feedback on what was strong and what to improve.
Can I resubmit if I fail?
Yes. A failed project comes back with feedback; revise the weak parts and resubmit. A passed project is final — the certificate is issued and cannot be re-rolled.
What do I actually submit?
A write-up of what you did (under 5,000 characters) plus a public link to your work — a Google Drive folder, Google Doc, spreadsheet, GitHub repository or video. The link must open without sign-in; a private link cannot be graded. The free project workbook on this page walks you through all 10 steps.
Is the certificate real?
Yes. Passing this project issues a certificate with a unique verification code. Anyone — an employer, a client, a school — can open the verification page and see that the certificate is genuine and which project earned it.
