About this course

Learn to take any project from idea to finished — a charter, a work breakdown, a timeline, a risk list and a tracking board people can actually follow. By the end you will plan a real small project end-to-end and own the language and tools (Trello, Sheets, Scrum) that get you hired as a project coordinator or PM in Nigeria.

A project has a start, an end, and a result you are chasing — running a shop every day does not. Learn to spot the difference, and you have already started thinking like a project manager.
