About this course

Learn the real craft of creative writing: building characters that feel alive, shaping a plot, writing vivid scenes and dialogue, finding your voice, and the 'show, don't tell' move that separates good writing from flat writing. You'll learn where ideas come from, how to draft and edit without giving up, how to take feedback, and where Nigerian writers actually publish, share and earn — from Wattpad and contests to anthologies and paid commissions. By the end you'll have one polished short piece you can publish, enter, or sell.

Creative writing is the craft of making people feel something using only words — and it's a learnable skill, not a magic gift you're either born with or not.
