About this course

Learn to do the real day-to-day work of an HR assistant in a Nigerian company — writing job adverts and screening candidates, onboarding new staff, keeping confidential employee records, supporting payroll and leave, and applying Nigerian labour basics (contracts, the Labour Act, pension, NSITF) fairly. You'll finish with a ready-to-use mini HR pack and a clear plan to land an HR assistant role and grow toward CIPM.

HR is not the office police. It is the function that finds, hires, pays, protects and keeps the people a business runs on — and as the HR assistant, you are the engine room that makes it all happen day to day.
