What you will submit
A single shareable link (Google Doc/Drive) containing, for one real listing: (1) an honest listing description, (2) three social captions across 2+ platforms, (3) a lead-reply script with at least four replies plus a follow-up, (4) a flyer concept (described or built in Canva), (5) all the prompts you used shown, and (6) a short honesty note confirming nothing is faked.
What to do, step by step
- Choose ONE real, available property near you (a flat, self-contain, shop, house or land — to let or for sale). Gather the true facts as taught in Lesson 2: type, exact location and a landmark, the naira price and what it includes, agency/agreement fees and who pays, rooms and toilets, finishing, and the extras (water, power, security, parking, flooding). Confirm the property is genuinely available before you market it.
- Using AI with the Role + Context + Task + Format recipe, write ONE polished, honest listing description (around 100-130 words) that leads with the best real features and ends with a clear call to WhatsApp/inspect — inventing no feature the property does not have.
- Produce THREE social media captions for the property across at least two platforms (e.g. Instagram and WhatsApp Status), in different tones, each with a clear call to action and, for Instagram, a few relevant location hashtags. Show the price; do not hide it.
- Write a lead-reply script: ready WhatsApp replies for at least four common situations (is it still available, the price, the exact location, and inviting an inspection) plus one polite follow-up message — all warm, professional and honest, with no invented facts.
- Create a flyer concept (as taught in Lesson 6): the headline (max ~6 words), 4-5 key feature bullets, the price and call-to-action to display, and a clean colour scheme — and either describe it clearly or build it in Canva and include the image/link.
- Show ALL the prompts you used to generate each part, in a clearly labelled 'My Prompts' section, and add a short 'Honesty notes' line confirming every feature stated is true and nothing is faked. Put everything in one shareable Google Doc (sharing set to 'anyone with the link can view') and submit the link.

| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Listing description — warm, persuasive, complete (type, location, naira price, fees, real features, call to action) and strictly honest with no invented features | 25% |
| Social captions — three captions across 2+ platforms, in varied tones, each with a clear call to action, price shown and relevant hashtags where appropriate | 20% |
| Lead-reply script — at least four warm, professional, honest replies for common situations plus a polite follow-up, with no invented facts | 20% |
| Flyer concept — a clean, readable concept (headline, key feature bullets, price, call to action, colour scheme) appropriate for the property | 15% |
| Prompts shown & honesty — all prompts used are included, and an honesty note confirms every stated feature is true and nothing is faked or misrepresented | 20% |
You need 65% overall to pass. A failed submission comes back with feedback and can be revised and resubmitted.
Before you submit: make your link public
If your work lives in Google Drive or Google Docs, open Share → General access and change “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link” (Viewer). Then paste the link into a private browser window: if it opens without sign-in, you are ready. A private link cannot be graded — it is the single most common reason a good project fails.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to finish AI for Real Estate Agents before submitting the project?
Yes. The submission screen opens once every lesson in AI for Real Estate Agents is marked complete. The lessons are where the methods, the Nigerian context and the worked examples the project depends on are taught.
How is the project graded?
An examiner scores each rubric criterion from 0 to 100 and weights them as shown on this page; you need 65% overall to pass. Most submissions are graded within minutes and you get written feedback on what was strong and what to improve.
Can I resubmit if I fail?
Yes. A failed project comes back with feedback; revise the weak parts and resubmit. A passed project is final — the certificate is issued and cannot be re-rolled.
What do I actually submit?
A write-up of what you did (under 5,000 characters) plus a public link to your work — a Google Drive folder, Google Doc, spreadsheet, GitHub repository or video. The link must open without sign-in; a private link cannot be graded. The free project workbook on this page walks you through all 6 steps.
Is the certificate real?
Yes. Passing this project issues a certificate with a unique verification code. Anyone — an employer, a client, a school — can open the verification page and see that the certificate is genuine and which project earned it.
