What you will submit

One shared Google Doc link with the character bible, twelve consistent images, two videos, the live account link, the media kit and rate card, the compliance checklist and the monetisation plan with one real outreach.

What to do, step by step

  1. Parts 1 to 4 are built during the Practise sections of Lessons 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7; the final week assembles them. Budget: one month of one paid image plan (Midjourney Basic, $10 a month as of October 2026, is the course's example) plus free tiers for video and voice is enough. Free-tier watermarks are acceptable on project videos, but say in Part 5 which tools you would upgrade before taking paid work, because the free tiers of most video and voice tools do not allow commercial use.
  2. Part 1. Character bible (one to two pages): name, age, city, niche, story, values, voice, what the persona never does, and the audience it is for. Include your note on how the face was created so it resembles no real person.
  3. Part 2. Twelve images of the persona that are clearly the same character across at least four settings and three outfits, with the tool used and the main prompt or reference method for each. Mark any image that was edited. Include the generated-face sources you combined so a reviewer can see no real photo was used.
  4. Part 3. Two short videos (15 to 60 seconds) of the persona, made on a phone with a hosted tool if that is what you have, with the tools used for image, motion and voice, and a note on whose voice it is (a stock or library voice from the tool, or your own verified clone, never anyone else's).
  5. Part 4. A live account on one platform with at least six published posts, the platform's AI or synthetic-content label switched on, and the persona described as AI in the bio. Submit the public link and a screenshot of the label setting.
  6. Part 5. Media kit (one page) with audience description, content formats, example posts and a rate card for at least four deliverables, plus your standard disclosure wording for paid posts.
  7. Part 6. Disclosure and compliance checklist: the labels used per platform, how paid promotions to Nigerian audiences will be vetted with ARCON, your personal-data plan, and the rules you follow on real people's likeness and on adult content.
  8. Part 7. Monetisation plan: your first three income routes, the price or commission for each, the costs per month, and evidence of one real outreach (a brand email, a UGC proposal or an affiliate application) with any reply. Redact phone numbers, personal email addresses and any account or payment details in the outreach evidence.
  9. Put everything in one Google Doc (images and video links included), set sharing to 'anyone with the link can view', and submit the link.

Before you submit: make your link public

If your work lives in Google Drive or Google Docs, open Share → General access and change “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link” (Viewer). Then paste the link into a private browser window: if it opens without sign-in, you are ready. A private link cannot be graded — it is the single most common reason a good project fails.
